Posted Mar 4, 2025 A premier litigation team is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience to work on high-stakes life sciences disputes . This role is ideal for candidates with ANDA and/or other pharmaceutical and biotech patent litigation experience , particularly those who are comfortable handling courtroom advocacy, depositions, and direct client interactions . Position Responsibilities: Handle patent litigation matters in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Conduct legal research, case analyses, and draft pleadings Participate in fact and expert discovery , including depositions and strategy development Research and draft motions, claim construction briefs, and trial-related submissions Engage in trial preparation and advocacy as part of a dynamic litigation team Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on litigation strategies Qualifications: 2-5 years of patent litigation experience with a focus on life sciences, ANDA litigation, or pharmaceutical/biotech disputes Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline preferred Experience within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school Competitive salary ($235,000 - $365,000) based on experience and location Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Generous paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities This is a high-profile opportunity for attorneys eager to work on cutting-edge life sciences patent litigation in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethical Search Professionals, Ltd.
