We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to provide effective therapy and intervention to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that each client's treatment is personalized and impactful. You will help clients develop coping strategies, address emotional and behavioral challenges, and work towards their therapeutic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed based on client progress.
Work with clients' support systems (family, caregivers, etc.) to foster positive behavioral, cognitive, and emotional changes.
Coordinate with primary care physicians, referrers, insurance providers, and community agencies to ensure seamless, effective care.
Document client information, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and summaries, in electronic medical records in a timely manner.
Maintain licensure and stay current with professional development through continuing education and required CEUs.
Assist with outreach efforts to connect with potential clients, and support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
For those interested in supervisory roles, provide guidance and mentorship to newer practitioners, conducting regular supervision and offering constructive feedback.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Must be licensed to practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D., Psy.D., Ph.D.) or eligible for licensure, having completed all coursework for licensure.
Experience and comfort working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic approaches.
A passion for professional growth, learning, and being part of a supportive and autonomous team.
If pursuing a supervisory role, must either possess a supervisory license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid; remote work is available for candidates living outside the region.
Compensation: Up to $120,000+ annually, based on experience, caseload, and position type.
Additional Benefits: Access to CEU funding and medical insurance stipends for eligible candidates.
Flexible Hours: Ability to set your own schedule and work from the office or remotely, depending on the position.
Leadership Opportunities: Supervisory positions available with potential for career advancement.

Are you motivated to develop your clinical skills and grow in your career?
Do you prefer working independently with minimal oversight while contributing to a collaborative team environment?
Are you passionate about supporting clients' well-being and making a difference in their lives?
If you answered "yes" to these questions, we encourage you to apply! If you're unsure about any of the qualifications but are interested in this role, feel free to apply or contact us for more information.
