Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Level 5 Drywall Tapers for projects located in and around Lancaster, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Precision Finishing: Apply joint compound and tape to all drywall seams and corners for a perfectly smooth Level 5 finish
Specialized Tool Use: Operate automated drywall tools such as the Level5 automatic taper for efficient and consistent application
Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect finished work to identify and correct imperfections, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Multi-Coat Application: Apply and sand multiple coats of joint compound for seamless, ultra-smooth surfaces
Work Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to keep projects on schedule and resolve finishing-related issues
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Level 5 Taper
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Familiarity with automated drywall taping tools preferred
