As a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel - Private Bank, Credit Lending in the U.S. Private Bank Credit Legal team, you will provide legal support to the J.P. Morgan Private Bank and J.P. Wealth Management businesses, focusing on unsecured and secured credit extensions (excluding residential mortgages) and margin lending. You will serve as a trusted advisor to front office and functional partners, offering guidance on complex legal issues and supporting a global business that delivers tailored lending solutions to ultrahigh and high net worth clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the ongoing success of the Lending Solutions business.
