Legal Recruiter
Amaro Law Firm
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our personal injury law firm. This role focuses on
identifying and securing top talent across all positions, with emphasis on operational, accounting,
marketing and legal support staff.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Drive full-cycle recruitment process
Build relationships within the Texas legal community and professional networks
Manage candidate pipeline and ATS
Meet monthly KPIs for candidate submissions and placements
Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly analytics reports
Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding
Negotiate offers and facilitate pre-onboarding
Requirements:
2+ years legal recruiting experience
Strong network in personal injury/litigation space (Preferred)
Bi-Lingual Spanish (Preferred)
Proven track record of meeting placement targets
Experience with legal recruiting platforms/ATS
Experience with ZoomInfo (Preferred)
Outstanding relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of the Texas job market
Ability to manage multiple searches while meeting KPIs
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for candidate interviews.
