ABOUT THE ROLE:Splash Financial is seeking a business-minded, solution-oriented attorney to join our Legal & Compliance team. This role combines commercial contracting expertise with in-house product advising, supporting a fast-paced, innovative organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Operations—to enable growth while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with consumer financial services laws. As the Legal Team's number two attorney, there is a chance for significant growth over time.

COMPENSATION:
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $180,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
