TreeLine Landscape Services is currently seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Laborers. As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our crew leaders in completing various landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist crew leaders in performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming and weeding.

2. Operate landscape maintenance equipment and tools under the supervision of crew leaders.

3. Follow instructions from crew leaders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

5. Support the crew in loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.

6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and deliver high-quality service to clients.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

1. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

2. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

3. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

4. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

5. Team player with good communication skills.

6. Reliable transportation to and from work.

7. Willingness to follow instructions and take direction from crew leaders.
