Currently in 7 cities across the country, we are positioning ourselves for future growth and have an exciting opportunity for a strategic business leader to join the National team as a Junior Salesforce Administrator. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Administrator, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in Genesys Works’ growth and success. They will be a key member of the Technology Team that enables Genesys Works to maximize individual, team, and organizational productivity by addressing business requirements through the maintenance and development of our Salesforce environment. As a member of the National team, you will directly contribute to the company’s overall progress and success by working closely with sites and departments across the organization to support our current instance and ongoing initiatives. The role will be based remotely. Working in collaboration with other leaders and colleagues, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the following: Duties and Responsibilities User Management and Case Support (40%) Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues through support tickets or direct communication. Onboard new users by creating accounts, assigning roles, and managing access permissions. Maintain and update user profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules as needed. Work closely with sales, marketing, program, operations, customer service, and other departments to understand their needs and implement appropriate Salesforce solutions. System Maintenance and Support (40%) Monitor Salesforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems to the Senior Salesforce Administrator. Perform daily operational tasks using the Cases Ticketing application to address technology needs. Perform data management tasks such as cleansing, deduplication, and imports to ensure data integrity. Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports. System Configuration and Integration (10%) Assist in the setup and management of third-party integrations and applications. Support the Senior Salesforce Administrator in rolling out customizations, workflows, and system enhancements tailored to user and business needs. Conduct functional testing and assist with application releases and system integrations. Project Support (10%) Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Administrator and consultants on large-scale projects and system enhancements. Assist with new technology initiatives and seasonal projects across various departments. Provide regular progress updates to team leads on ongoing tasks and project activities. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has the following: High integrity and commitment to Genesys Works’ mission, vision, and values. 1-2 Years of Salesforce Administrator Experience in a similar environment. Self-learner, willing to explore available resources internally and online to develop mastery of a resource. Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work. Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Preferred Technical Skills Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud: Account Engagement. Experience with FormAssembly, Calendly, Zoom, Box, and Okta. Experience mapping data from external systems to Salesforce such as Zapier, Mulesoft, and Workato. Self-Management. Dependability - Being reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations.
