We are looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growth. Job Description: Responsibilities: Utilize AI software to perform accurate take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and outreach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our services. Follow up on submitted project bids and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries from general contractors (GCs) or project owners. Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field ( but not required). Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the commercial painting industry. Proficiency in using AI software for take-offs and estimating. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
