Our cleaning packages include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, surface wiping, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing; all at a reasonable price. We are looking for reliable candidates to join our family. We do on-site training.
Job description
A Janitor worker is an individual that maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas specified by the client. Responsibilities may differ
Responsibilities
A Janitor’s responsibility includes but not limited to
· Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local/federal and company regulations
· Dusting all surfaces
· Cleaning wood, linoleum and tile floors
· Carpet cleaning
· Collecting and taking out trash and recycling
· Using equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers , auto scrubber and carpet cleaners.
· Washing windows
· Restroom sanitation
Qualification
· The ability to walk, stand or bend for extended period of time, lift up to 40 pounds and climbs stairs
· The ability to work well with a team
· 1 year experienced preferred
· Open to applicants without a high school diploma or GED
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
