Knowledge in ITIL4 processes such as Incident, Hands-on Skill in setting up,configure, troubleshoot issues with PCsand Mobile devices. - Ability to manage, procure andmaintain other IT assets
- Engaging Incident Management team,Triage and collecting required details, be the primary contact of support forPriority 1 and Priority 2 level incidents at the site location
- Availability to support any ad-hocProject work or after-hours emergency issues such as network maintenanceactivity.
Roles & Responsibilities - Singlepoint of contact for the site on behalf of IT Always available as SPOC in thelocation and answer the calls as needed
- Installationof Operating System, Customer Approved Software, tools and utilities on enduser PC
- ContinuousUser education via frequent training on various IT topics including IT Securitybest practices.
- ManagePC refreshes and scrapping old assets through re-cycler vendor
- Vendorengagement with IT hardware and Network Service provider
- Responsiblefor logging incidents and requests in ticketing tool and periodically documentingthe records and key updates.
- Responsiblefor setting up / move user desk and conduct IT On boarding new employees.
- Responsibleto engage Helpdesk for employee password scramble
- HandleDesktop issues, requests and queries on-site and to remote home office users.

SalaryRange: $40,300-$80,000 a year
