Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Under mentorship and supervision of senior engineers, intern will assist in design, planning, and modification of projects of varying size and scope.
• Intern will develop familiarity with industry regulations and standards, practices, and procedures.
• Position will utilize software programs such as: AutoCAD, CADWorx, MS Office Suite, miscellaneous civil and structural software, etc.

Qualifications:

*** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - LOUISIANA GULF COAST AREA ***

• Student in the process of receiving Engineering Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• Experience in utilizing technical software programs to analyze data.
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite
• Actively engages in safety culture and onsite safety guidelines.
• Physically able to conduct field trips for review of project materials, equipment and engage with field personnel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to (25) lbs.
• Work schedules may include extended work hours.
