Aspen & Stone is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support our integrated approach to luxury residential and commercial design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about curating elevated living and work experiences.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that reflect our brand’s refined aesthetic
• Source materials, furnishings, and artisan-crafted finishes aligned with project goals and client preferences
• Support site visits, installations, and client meetings with professionalism and poise
• Help manage project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and vendor communications
• Collaborate with our in-house design, retail, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution

Ideal Candidate:

• Formal training or experience in interior design or a related field
• Strong eye for detail, color, texture, and spatial harmony
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, client-centered approach
• Proficiency in design software (Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
• Resourceful, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic design studio
