Researching assigned product groups
Writing training plan, including key learning points, video scripts, and reinforcement questions for assigned product groups
Sending training plan for SME review
Updating training plans per SME feedback
Gathering assets from our marketing asset repository,etc.
Creating voiceover using AI platform, Wellsaid
Creating training video in Adobe Premiere Pro, using b-roll, gathered assets, and AI voiceover
Sending video for SME review
Updating video per SME feedback
Other tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Training script development
Reinforcement question development
Retail experience
Preferred Skills:
Video development using Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Experience with micro-learning, preferably through Axonify
