Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

What your future day will look like:

• Utilized ADDIE and adult learning best practices to create a blended learning environment.
• Maintain various corporate brand standards throughout all content.
• Will design training materials and format from scratch.
• You will be tasked with creating multiple instructor led training modules for e-learning and classroom training.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources or Education, Master’s Degree in Organizational Development/Instructional Design preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in an adult learning, corporate environment.
• Experience writing for classroom and e-learning platforms.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Captivate and/or additional learning management systems, a plus.
