The Role:
The Instructional Designer will research, design, and develop learning content for CPI’s instructor-led, blended learning and eLearning training programs. This role is responsible for defining learning outcomes, drafting and refining learning content, and designing learning experiences that align with the adult learning theory. This position will collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and other Product Development team members to create innovative learning and development solutions for our external customers.
