:Has a basic working knowledge of all office functions and assumes responsibility and accountability for specific aspects of patient and family needs pertaining to their arrival in the Surgery Waiting Room, physician’s help with family location, record keeping, client requirements, patient identification and family information. Maintain tidiness of visual and function of Surgery Waiting area.
