Job Description

Our client is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the assembly and quality assurance of HVAC units for the rail car industry. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay Rate: $20.44 per hour

What's the Job?

• Conduct pre-build inspections of components to ensure quality and compliance.
• Utilize hand, pneumatic, and power tools to assemble HVAC components according to specifications.
• Monitor and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies.
• Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a mechanical or assembly role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
