Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Leadership: Manage all aspects of the HVAC department, including installation, repair, and maintenance services.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train HVAC technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with electrical, plumbing, and generator teams to coordinate seamless services for our clients.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and team efficiency to meet customer demands.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally and promptly.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning efforts to grow the HVAC division.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC management or supervisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive home services.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and best practices.
