We are hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant in DTLA ASAP! Hospital in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a certified nursing assistant to join their team! CA CNA license is required. Required + Valid CNA License in the state of CA + 1 year of ACUTE working experience + Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Job Description Our CNA's support medical staff in providing care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Our CNA's are responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, maintaining patient hygiene, and monitoring vital signs to ensure the highest quality of care. + Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. + Feeding: Help patients with eating and ensure they receive proper nutrition. + Medication Assistance: Ensure patients take their medications as prescribed. + Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly check and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. + Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice versa. + Room Preparation: Prepare patient rooms with necessary items such as blankets, pillows, and medical equipment. + Communication: Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing and medical staff. + Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by cleaning medical equipment and ensuring proper sanitation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
