Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Critical Thinking/Reasoning Ability: Working knowledge of homeland security principles and ability to analyze technical documents. Computer Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign. Quality of Work/Organization: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate files. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Professional certification considered.
