High-Commission Sales Representative – Security Guard Services
Location: Seattle–Tacoma Area (Hybrid | Remote | Field-Based)

We provide armed and unarmed guard services for commercial, residential, construction, and event clients. We're expanding rapidly and seeking top-tier sales professionals who want to earn more, control their schedule, and represent a trusted brand.
What You'll Do :
Sell security guard services (recurring, short-term, or event-based)
Prospect and close new B2B contracts
Call, email, visit commercial sites or decision makers
Negotiate contracts and assist with client on-boarding
Work independently and track activity in CRM
Collaborate with leadership on strategic lead targeting
Commission & Bonuses:
$3,500–$12,000+ per contract
15–20% commission on event or short-term jobs
Monthly Bonuses: Up to $4,000
Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $10,000 + company car bonus
Client Retention Bonuses: $500–$1,500/contract
Accelerators:
First 24/7 contract in 30 days: $2,000
10 contracts in 90 days: $3,000 + Other Incentives
Rep referral (when referral closes 3+): $1,000

What We’re Looking For:
B2B or facility service sales experience (janitorial, staffing, security ideal)
Hunter mentality and drive to close
Excellent communicator and self-starter
Must be local to or willing to travel around Seattle–Tacoma
Comfortable with 100% commission-only pay
Preferred:
Background in security, law enforcement, or military
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Existing network of property managers, contractors, and commercial vendors
