Let's make healthcare recruitment exciting and rewarding together!Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-SiteResponsibilities:Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.Present our services to potential clients in a compelling manner.Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their ongoing needs.Input data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer happiness and uphold company reputation.Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales and data.Requirements:Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service.Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.Excellent proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.Benefits:Unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions.Supportive team environment fostering professional growth.Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision coverage.Paid Time Off; Work/Life Balance
