A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Healthcare Consultant III. The Healthcare Consultant III will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST
• This is a fully remote, telework role, but the candidate must reside in the state of Kentucky and have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work beyond core hours may be required to meet member needs (after school, evenings, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate members' healthcare needs using assessments, benefit reviews, and internal/external resources
• Identify high-risk factors and implement early, proactive interventions
• Develop and monitor wellness care plan activities
• Collaborate with medical directors, case managers, and health programs using a holistic care approach
• Escalate quality of care issues and advocate for appropriate healthcare services
• Utilize motivational interviewing and coaching to engage members and encourage healthy decision-making
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and company policies

Requirements:

• Must reside in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Foster Care, juvenile justice systems, Behavioral Health Services, Trauma-informed Care, ACEs, Crisis Intervention, or related services applicable to the Kentucky SKY populations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, social work, psychology, sociology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or human services fields
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and case conferencing best practices

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed Master’s level clinician in a behavioral health or human services field
• Required: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
