Job Description

Company

David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

This is a compelling opportunity to be a part of an exciting new food brand as we operate within a critical growth stage. David is led by CEO Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR ($600M exit to Kellogg in 2017). We have strong aspirations to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be the connection between David and the creator world. You’ll help shape how we show up on TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Amazon (Live + Creator Hub), YouTube, and traditional publications, turning creator partnerships into a powerful brand and growth engine. You’ll own day-to-day influencer operations, from sourcing and outreach to content tracking and reporting, and work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure partnerships reflect David’s tone, values, and ambitions.

This is a hands-on, relationship-first role for someone who lives in the creator economy, understands platform nuance, and is excited to scale an influencer program.

  • Research and recruit on-brand creators using a combination of tools, platforms, and community monitoring.
  • Own end-to-end communication with influencers, from discovery and outreach, to contracts, content tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain and organize our influencer CRM, including tracking outreach and engagement history.
  • Work closely with social, retention, field, and performance marketing teams to amplify influencer content and maximize impact.
  • Create campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and ensure influencer deliverables are aligned with the briefs.
  • Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, conversion, and ROI, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, creator trends, and emerging channels.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or affiliate marketing.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and evaluating creator ROI.
  • Strong communication and project management skills—organized, proactive, and personable.
  • A keen eye for brand alignment and storytelling in influencer content.

Practicalities & Benefits:

  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
  • Salary: $90 - $110K per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets.
  • Company equity opportunity on top of cash compensation.
  • 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Additional perks, such as covered gym expenses.
  • Substantial and required PTO.

Application Process :

  • Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
  • The target start date for this role is spring / summer of 2025.
