Role

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA.

Orcé Cosmetics is looking for a driven, resourceful, and organized Integrated Marketing Manager with a passion for beauty and inclusivity. This is a unique opportunity as you will be exposed to all aspects of building a beauty brand - from brand & creator partnerships to content strategy and digital marketing. Working at an emerging brand like Orcé is incredibly fulfilling, as you will be able to create real impact and push for the change you wish to see in the beauty industry.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will work with the CEO and Head of Marketing in crafting innovative 360 marketing campaigns informed by consumer insights + analytics and executing them seamlessly; leading influencer marketing and brand partnerships; setting content strategies across platforms; and spearheading community growth initiatives. This individual will work with key social media and digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, as well as seek out emerging opportunities to help expand Orcé’s customer base and brand awareness. 

What You Bring To The Table

• A creative marketer with a keen eye for compelling content and innovative campaigns
• Experience in managing 360 go-to-market campaigns and owning marketing + promotional calendars 
• Well-versed in influencer relations and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of establishing successful brand partnerships and influencer collaborations
• An expert in generating paid creatives and UGCs with outstanding engagement and conversion rates
• A natural connector who is always seeking ways to foster community growth
• Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to thrive on constructive feedback
• Strong problem solver - resourceful and demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking whenever possible
• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills - including strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results
• Eagerness to master new skills, programs/software, and media platforms to better yourself for your role

What Is Required Of You

• Beauty brand experience is strongly preferred 
• 4+ years of experience in a Marketing-related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills

Bonus Skills

• Understanding of AANHPI beauty consumer psychology, purchase behavior, media habits, and culturally-sensitive topics
• Ability to write compelling marketing copy and effective hooks for ad assets 
• Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively
