Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Head Cook to join our team. The Head Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, meal preparation, and ensuring high-quality food service.

Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation
- Create weekly specials
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
