Job Description

As a Growth Hacker at Oleve, you'll be responsible for driving millions of users to our portfolio of consumer products.

It is your job to think like our users, figure out where they hang out, what media they watch, and how we can reach them where they are. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Some days you will be forming experiments to figure out the best way to reach users through paid channels, other days you will be thinking about whats features or UI that will help our product go viral on Tiktok. You should be passionate about consumer products and thrive in a data-driven, fast-paced environment. You should also be willing to make Tiktoks (or have a proven track record of managing people who do).

• Create and manage organic marketing initiatives
• Develop scripts and content strategies for short form content to promote our products
• Build, maintain, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and content creators 
• Research and analyze competitor growth strategies to identify opportunities
• Build systematic processes for scaling successful channels (ugc, influencers, ads, etc)
• Develop frameworks to analyze and improve performance across channels
• Work with product teams to develop features that drive growth

• Scrappy and creative
• Great people skills, ability to build community
• Willing to hustle and learn new things, this is not a normal 9 to 5
• Experience in growth marketing for consumer products
• Experience generating millions of views on short form content
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
