Job Description
Create strong, creative, effective graphic design for Paycom.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).
+ Study design briefs and determine requirements
+ Maintain current knowledge of design trends
+ Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence
+ Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Education/Certification:**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or another related field**
**OR**
+ **Equivalent years of experience in graphic design**
**Experience:**
+ **Proficiency in Adobe design software**
+ **Portfolio required with application.**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience:**
+ **2+ years of graphic design experience**
+ **Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software**
**Skills/Abilities:**
+ **Strong design and problem-solving skills**
+ **Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite**
+ **Detail oriented**
+ **Excellent communication skills**
+ **Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines**
+ **Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.**
+ **Must be customer focused**
+ **Creative**
+ **Flexible**
