The Role
Clock Tower X is seeking a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across both digital and traditional mediums. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment and can develop compelling design solutions for web, social media, print, branding, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization on a variety of creative projects—bringing visual narratives to life that shape perception, spark engagement, and drive impact across platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Design compelling visuals for web, social, print, and branding
• Translate political and cultural messaging into clean, high-impact graphics
• Collaborate with Creative Director to deliver full-spectrum creative needs
• Adapt content for a variety of platforms and formats
• Stay on top of visual trends and push the creative bar higher
What You Bring
• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and color theory
• Experience preparing both digital assets and print-ready files
• Strong portfolio showcasing original work, including web and social graphics
• Flexible and proactive, with a strong ability to receive input and execute swiftly.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects) is a valued addition
• Bonus: experience with political, cause-based, or campaign creative
