Job Description

We seek a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and experience designing campaigns, emails, and templates in HubSpot. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can transform marketing strategies into visually compelling designs, focusing on enhancing user experience and brand consistency. You will work closely with the marketing team to create assets for email campaigns, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives. This is a temporary position which is expected to last between 3 and 5 months. Create responsive and visually appealing email templates in HubSpot that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for email and digital marketing campaigns. Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed. Work with the content team to enhance visual storytelling through infographics, icons, and other graphical elements. Qualifications : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with HubSpot (Email, Landing Pages, Campaigns, and Templates) Previous marketing experience in a Real Estate and/or homebuilding organization a plus Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Experience with digital advertising and social media design is a plus Preferred Qualifications : 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or digital environment Experience in creating assets for digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) Basic understanding of HTML and CSS At Brightland Homes, LTD. employment opportunity is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
