Based in Arizona with an office in Birmingham, Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company. Established in 1990, Troon has grown to provide services to 940+ locations. Managing various amenities, such as racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, food & beverage, lodging, homeowners' associations, and more.

Job Description:

The Graphic Design Intern will play a key role in supporting the development and production of templates for Design on Demand (DoD) — Troon’s in-house “Canva-like” design platform currently used by more than 90 clubs across one of our subsidiary companies. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer and the marketing team to expand DoD’s creative offerings and support its growth into new opportunities. This position provides valuable, hands-on experience in brand design, digital production, and large-scale creative system management — all within a professional and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and refining design templates for the DoD platform
  • Maintain brand consistency across visual assets
  • Support the Lead Designer in expanding DoD’s reach and functionality
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfill design requests
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to prioritize and multi‐task several projects at a time
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Knowledge/interest in sports is helpful, but not required

Salary:

$15/hour
