About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Global Supply Manager to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and material flow to support our fast-growing production needs. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing: Purchase raw materials, components, and assemblies to support production and R&D. Material Planning: Develop and maintain material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure optimal inventory levels. Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent shortages. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align material availability with production schedules. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. Data & Reporting: Track KPIs, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain, preferably in robotics, manufacturing, or hardware industries. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
