Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role demands a proven professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative thinking and leadership to optimize supply chain operations while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. The Global Supply Chain Analyst will drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and optimization strategies. They will be responsible for delivering forecasting models, performance reports, and process improvements while improving supply chain reliability and enhancing supply chain resilience. This role ensures informed decisions, operational excellence, and a competitive edge in global markets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include promoting safety leadership, benchmarking supply chain using ASCM-SCOR model, identifying process improvements, project managing strategic initiatives, developing supply planning processes, establishing KPIs, developing creative strategies, influencing cross-functional teams, anticipating supply chain disruptions, assisting in contingency plans, analyzing data for solutions, maintaining customer-centric supply chain strategy, communicating effectively, managing priorities, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging data analytics tools such as SAP Datasphere, PowerBI, Python, SQL, Tableau. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or related field, minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management or related field, expertise in data analysis, proficiency in supply chain tools and ERP systems like SAP, strong understanding of global supply chain trends, exceptional analytical and leadership skills. Preferred skills include Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, certifications like ASCM, CAP, SAS, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, business analytics experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a complex matrixed organization.
