Financial Acumen: Own the P&L for the region, accurately forecast revenue and expenses, and manage budgets to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive business expansion within the Boston region. Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and identify new opportunities. Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple branches within the region. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate bids and optimal pricing strategies. Participate in the Leadership Committee, contributing to company-wide initiatives and strategic planning. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $130k - $150k plus bonus On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200k+ Company Vehicle or Mileage Reimbursement: Provided.
