Shift Availability: Day Shift and Afternoon Shift
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + Freezer premium for applicable hours
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring General Labourers and MHE Operators for temp-to-perm positions at our facility located near Highway 50 & Cotrelle Blvd. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with growth potential. Successful candidates may transition from temporary to permanent employment based on performance and attendance.

MHE Operators should be experienced in operating the following equipment:

• Double Pallet Walkie
• Single Pallet Walkie
• Raymond Reach

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual order picking using RF scanners
• Operate MHE equipment safely and efficiently
• Accurately pick, stage, and wrap pallets for shipping
• Work in chill and freezer zones as required (Freezer premium applies)
• Maintain KPI standards of 95% or higher consistently
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with general labour tasks as assigned (loading/unloading, sweeping, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with MHE equipment is required
• Experience working in refrigerated or freezer environments is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be available to work either day or afternoon shifts
• Students will not be considered for this role
