About the Role:

Position: Game Producer

Location: Redmond, WA

Summary:

Are you an experienced Producer with a passion for gaming and project management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Producer to help drive live game operations and support development efforts.

As a Producer , you will work closely with designers, artists, developers, and other producers to ensure smooth execution of game development and live service updates. Your role will involve sprint planning, backlog management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and drive project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create compelling game experiences
• Manage daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other sprint rituals
• Plan sprints, triage bugs, and oversee backlog management
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, take notes, and track action items
• Maintain internal communication sites and distribute team status updates
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and external partners
• Facilitate playtests, log issues, and ensure rapid iteration cycles
• Work alongside other producers and designers to solve complex challenges

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage meetings & documentation
• Experience with SCRUM methodologies is a plus
• Prior experience in a game studio is highly desirable

Salary Range: $ 71000 - 81000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
