Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of coaches to deliver exceptional training experiences.
• Conduct athlete assessments to create individualized training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, providing feedback and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance facility operations and client engagement.
• Organize and oversee training camps, workshops, and community events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve coaching methods.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for both athletes and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of coaching experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of athletic training methodologies and performance enhancement.
• Certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire athletes and staff.
• Passion for sports and athlete development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $50,000 plus commission and performance based bonus opportunities
