Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location: New York, NY

About the Role: The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving quantitative analysis and establishing business intelligence across our rapidly growing organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to create impactful analysis that supports our Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quantitative tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Gain deep domain knowledge of our ERP system to drive insights and ensure compliance within analytics, accounting, and finance functions.
• Create financial models for various commercial and operational projects.
• Design and build KPIs in collaboration with the Business Analyst, serving multiple audiences including senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Assist with acquisition diligence and integration, focusing on finance workstreams and post-acquisition PowerBI deployment.
• Foster cross-functional communication by educating and empowering colleagues to use analytics consistently throughout the company.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or FP&A in a data-driven environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI is a plus, but not required.
• Intellectual curiosity, drive, and enthusiasm for helping scale our company in an exciting and dynamic industry.
