Job Description

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the organization, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This position will be instrumental in guiding senior leadership to make data-driven decisions that align with the company's long-term goals and operational strategies. You will be a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and other department heads in achieving business success and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of manufacturing costs, profitability, and operational performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and sales to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage investor relations, capital structure, and corporate finance activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders, highlighting financial performance and key metrics.
  • Evaluate and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Manage and oversee audits and tax filings, working with external auditors and advisors as necessary.
  • Provide strategic advice and financial guidance to senior leadership to support key business decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and capital investment projects.
