ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Conduct consultations with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Sales Generation: Actively pursue new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Policy Customization: Develop customized insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients.
RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
