The Experience Merchandising Associate Manager will play a critical support role in executing key day-to-day initiatives that drive eCommerce performance and enhance the digital customer experience. Reporting to the Experience Merchandising Manager or Senior Manager, this role will assist with the execution of eCommerce strategies, coordinate content planning, and support optimization efforts across app and web platforms. The Associate Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and features that improve traffic, conversion, check size, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).Responsibilities include assisting with eCommerce execution and coordination such as content updates, promotions, and feature optimizations; supporting content planning and scheduling; collaborating with internal teams for timely execution; supporting menu releases and UAT of new menu items and merchandising. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, assisting in testing and quality assurance, supporting feature enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams, managing content team deliverables, and providing regular updates to management. Participation in test-and-learn initiatives and staying informed about industry trends are also key.Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field; 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing; familiarity with mobile and web-based eCommerce platforms; strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; and availability to travel up to 10%. This role is ideal for an aspiring eCommerce professional passionate about supporting digital strategies and delivering exceptional online experiences.
