The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service for all guest rooms and public areas. By leading and managing the housekeeping team. the Executive Housekeeper will maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for guest will adhering to company policies and safety standards. The role requires a blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, guest check-outs and special request.
  • Review and confirm completion of daily room cleaning and inspections, ensuring all rooms meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaned rooms, public areas and housekeeping closets to adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and document rooms inspection results, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed
  • Manage inventory levels and housekeeping supplies and linens
  • Assist in the training of new housekeeping associates, ensuring they understand company standards and expectations
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, supporting the overall success of hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of housekeeping experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be highly motivated and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
  • US Work Authorization (required)
  • Must be bilingual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand, walk and perform physical task for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15lbs regularly and push/pull carts weighing up to 250lbs.
  • Capable of bending, stooping and stretching to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.
