This position contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities Include:
  • Executive Support: Take the reins on complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination for the team. Be the backbone of their day-to-day operations!
  • Meeting Prep & Briefings: Ensure senior leaders are well-prepared for important meetings and engagements by providing relevant, concise materials and background info.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects requested by the customer, from presentations to reports, ensuring they're delivered on time and at the highest standard.
  • Communication Hub: Be the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, representing the team with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Confidentiality & Organization: Maintain organized, secure filing systems, and handle all confidential information with discretion and care.
  • Follow-Up & Action Items: Keep everything on track by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication of action items and priorities.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of experience working in an office environment; 4 years of which will involve DoD/IC programs providing Front Office support.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive; productive working in a team environment
  • Adaptable in dynamic environments and self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging diplomatic, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Requirements : Active TS/SCI and willingness to sit for a poly upon request.

Basic Compensation:

$95,300 - $143,000 Annual

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
