Job Description

PX4 Development is seeking a diligent and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the success of our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office documentation and files.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handle communication including answering phones and managing company emails.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and staff.
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification is a plus.

This position requires presence in our Manhasset, NY office and is not eligible for remote work.
