Executive Administrative Assistant
Pontiac, IL
32 hours/week
$20.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience

What’s the Job?

Assist with day-to-day clerical duties.
Prepare invoices, monitor past-due invoices, and work with third-party vendor payees for remittance.
Prepare expense reports.
Assist in preparing real estate request for proposals research.
Assist in coordinating fundraising events and meetings.
Drafting professional letters/emails to members

Required skills needed

Minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant or office manager
Experience is website updating/maintenance
Experience with Power Point
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be professional, detailed oriented, and meticulous
