What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Empower the community through the development, deployment, and support of enterprise application software
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and workflow problems for various stakeholders
• Analyze business operations to implement requested changes and perform in-depth workflow analyses
• Design, test, implement, and support application files/systems with minimal supervision
• Assist in change management and project management according to established policies

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of related work experience in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare, consulting, or IT, demonstrating an understanding of application software deployment and development
• Certification for assigned application must be obtained within the designated timeframe per policy
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage individual workload with minimal assistance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with IT Project Management tools and methodologies
• Experience leading low to moderate complexity projects
• Advanced knowledge of integrated healthcare applications and workflows
