Compensation:
Commission: Unlimited income potential, top earners are making well over $100k per year.
Top earners will also qualify for incentive trips and extra bonus incentives.
During your 4-week training period, you'll earn a competitive rate of $20 per hour. *must hit the minimum requirements to qualify*
• If your earned commission exceeds your hourly pay in any given week, you will receive the higher amount!
• Career Growth: Opportunities to advance to Sales Representative or Leadership positions.

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter with Blue Raven Solar, you'll be the driving force behind connecting homeowners with our exceptional Sales Representatives. Your role is vital in generating interest and scheduling appointments, setting the stage for transformative solar solutions while going Door-to-Door.

• Engage and Excite: Spark homeowners' interest in our innovative solar solutions.
• Schedule Success: Coordinate appointments for our expert Sales Representatives to discuss the benefits of going solar.
