Role Overview:

As a Remote Life Insurance Sales Representative, your mission is to provide clients with life insurance and financial solutions that fit their unique needs. You'll engage with clients through calls or virtual meetings (Zoom or phone), guiding them in their decision-making process with warmth and professionalism. Your key responsibilities include helping clients understand their options, offering tailored life insurance solutions, and managing applications through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with both new and existing clients to assess their needs, goals, and budgets.
Discuss health and medical questions with confidence to complete client qualification forms.
Use internal software to shop across various carriers and recommend the best solutions based on individual needs.
Present life insurance and other financial solutions in an easy-to-understand manner, clearly explaining product features.
Assist clients in completing their applications and answer any questions they may have during the process.
Record new business in the system and ensure commissions are processed correctly.
Track your calls, appointments, and applications to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources on products and carriers.
Follow up with clients annually to ensure their needs are still being met.
Achieve personal sales targets through consistent use of a proven sales system and mentorship support.
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
A current state life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one before starting to write new business.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (or strong communication skills).
Excellent computer skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to guide clients to the right solutions.
Strong resilience and confidence in your ability to succeed.
A team-oriented attitude with a drive for self-development and growth.
Familiarity with remote communication tools like Zoom, Crew, GroupMe, or Slack.
A sales-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment.
Prior knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
