The Client Services Associate is a vital part of our client-focused team, responsible for supporting our clients and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs, solving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments to help clients fully understand and utilize our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries through phone, email, and chat, and providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Account Management: Maintain an accurate record of client accounts, requests, and interactions in our CRM system to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and collaborating with other teams as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits and provide guidance.
  • Proactive Communication: Reach out to clients regularly to anticipate needs, collect feedback, and provide updates on any relevant changes to our products or services.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new clients with onboarding, guiding them through initial setup, and ensuring they feel confident in using our products.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet and exceed client satisfaction goals, tracking client feedback and working on process improvements with the team.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams to facilitate a cohesive client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions, client account changes, and any other relevant data for reporting and quality control purposes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in [industry specific to company].
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and any other tools relevant to the industry.
